About Stephenie's Spiritual Power

 Stephenie's Training Leads to her Becoming an Agent

Irena promised Stephenie's family that she would help her train her spiritual powers and get them under control.

The thing is, Stephenie's powers come from a 16 year old priestess named Chizuru Miyazaki who passed away about 146 years ago. A goddess named Queen Leta-Verse, took Chizuru's powers and passed them onto Stephenie. 

Queen Leta-Verse has the ability to take powers from another and pass it onto another person. She can also destroy those powers if they are dangerous.

Chizuru is connected to an incubus name Nagato Hoshinaga, who lived in the Sengoku Period. Nagato was cursed by a possessive lilim named Elsmire. Nagato's curse also affected his adopted human cousin named Hojo Kageyoshi, who shielded Nagato from it. Sadly, the curse still hit Nagato. The curse prevents the two from dying and losing their bodies. Instead, when they die, they get reborn into their original forms and retain their memories. Only Chizuru's powers which now reside in Stephenie can break the curse. 

Stephenie becomes an agent when her powers attract the attention of Don Newell who is one of I.G.O's board members and a corrupt agency called Lance's People Protection Agency which charges people for money. L.P.P.A is Don Newell's creation. 

Stephenie enrolling Somerton Academy to protect herself against Vancent. However Don purposely alters her paperwork so that she becomes an I.G.O agent in training. Something she didn't agree to.
